Talent Acquisition Specialist
Upto 150K + super. Immediate Start. 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with potential to perm. Global business within growth sector An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a rapidly growing global organisation at a pivotal stage of its Australian expansion.
This is a newly created role where you'll be responsible for bringing recruitment in-house for the first time, partnering closely with the Head of HR to build a scalable a talent acquisition function that supports significant business growth. Using your strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin would see you succeed in building those key stakeholder relationships needed.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical and commercial positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
  • Provide market insights and recruitment advice to AsiaPac stakeholders
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support the ongoing development of internal recruitment processes and capability
  • Utilise ATS and HR systems to manage recruitment activity and reporting.
About You
You'll be a resilient and proactive recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys solving recruitment challenges.
You'll bring: Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment ideally with electrical manufacturing, industrial engineering related industries or roles. Exception verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Mandarin not essential but highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence hiring decisions. Experience working with multinational or APAC stakeholders is highly regarded. Solid understanding of the Australian employment market and recruitment landscape. The ability to work with limited briefs, navigate ambiguity and deliver quality outcomes.
