Seeking BE/BC Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Team-based practice with APP, RN and LPN support and collegial relationships with hospitalist, emergency and intensive-care services.
  • Teaching, research and leadership opportunities, with a possible academic appointment.
  • Diagnostic catheterization, electrophysiology, cardiac CTA and cardiac MRI resources are available.
  • Opportunities to develop professional interests within an established referral network.
  • Outpatient practice across three sites with inpatient consultation primarily at one site.
  • More than 70 new referrals weekly support rapid development of a patient panel.
  • Onsite stress testing, echocardiography, monitoring and vascular testing; comprehensive cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.
  • Experienced medical and operational leadership, with cardiologists paired with experienced APPs.
  • Forty-hour position with variable days, generally 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Published annual compensation range: $470,936-$706,307.
  • Productivity option and recruitment incentive.
  • Seven weeks of PTO including vacation, sick time and CME, plus a CME allowance.
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
