About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance professional who is passionate about both finance and technology. You will play a key role in overseeing regional finance operations while partnering with business and development teams to enhance systems, improve processes, and support AI-enabled initiatives within a modern finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Hong Kong and regional finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Lead finance transformation, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Partner with technology and development teams on system enhancements, automation projects, and digital solutions
- Support AI adoption and technology-driven improvements across finance functions
- Strengthen governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks across multiple entities
- Drive data analytics and reporting improvements to support business decision-making
- Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation activities, and change management processes for new tools and workflows
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
- 6-8 years of progressive finance experience, ideally with regional or multi-entity exposure
- Solid background in financial reporting, governance, and compliance
- Experience in finance transformation, automation, ERP implementation, or digital finance projects is highly preferred
- Exposure to AI-enabled reporting, data analytics, or process automation is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
