We are currently looking for an SAP Support Specialist to join a project with a global end client of ours.

 

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months initial contract

Location: Remote

Languages: English and French speaking

Type: Contract/Freelance

 

Role/Responsibilities

  • Provide SAP support and maintenance, resolving complex incidents and service requests in line with SLA/KPI targets
  • Deliver technical consulting and propose effective solutions for complex or atypical issues
  • Manage and monitor tickets via GLPI, including logging, tracking, and timely resolution of requests from multiple channels
  • Collaborate with IT support teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and system performance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing processes, workflows, and support procedures
  • Communicate professionally with users and clients, delivering support, training, and maintaining strong relationships
  • Support operational efficiency initiatives and assist team leadership with coordination and capability development when required
