About the role:
A Senior Adobe Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced solutions within the Adobe ecosystem, primarily Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom AEM solutions, including web parts, workflows, forms, and component libraries
- Implement and maintain portals, sites, and document management systems, ensuring usability, performance, and security
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot, test, and debug AEM applications and integrations with other enterprise systems
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending best practices, application enhancements, and process optimizations
- Manage AEM administration tasks, including system configuration, upgrades, backups, and user support
- Stay updated with the latest AEM features, Adobe technologies, and industry best practices
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong understanding of web development technologies
- Experience with Java, JCR, OSGi, Sling, and CRXDE
- Experience with RESTful services and APIs
- Experience with Lotus Notes
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Qualifications and Experience
- 10 years+ SharePoint development and administration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant Adobe certifications
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality AEM solutions and managing complex projects
