Our client is a successful and growing, boutique advisory firm within the property and built environment sector. As the business enters its next phase of growth, it is seeking a commercially minded operations leader to strengthen its platform and support its long-term strategy.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the business and help drive sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include:

The role
Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the business and help drive sustainable growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to strategic planning and business growth
- Financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
- Developing systems, processes and reporting to support scale
- Leading, developing and growing the team
- Supporting client relationships and business development
- Senior operations or leadership experience within a professional services environment
- A background in project management or the property sector is highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management experience
- Proven people leadership and a collaborative approach
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, growth-focused business
