Sales and Marketing Manager [Hospital]

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organization in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to support its continued business growth. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and strengthen market presence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance partners, and other key business accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
• Lead and develop the sales and account management team to achieve agreed commercial objectives.
• Establish sales targets, account development plans, and pipelines while monitoring overall performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop relevant commercial programs and service offerings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
• Provide regular commercial performance updates and recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the hospital or healthcare industry, preferably in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial functions.
• Strong experience managing corporate and insurance accounts.
• Proven track record in business development, account acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading and developing a team would be an advantage.
• Agile, ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented.
