Audit Manager

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is currently assisting a confidential healthcare client in the search for an experienced Audit Manager (Operational) to strengthen the organization’s operational control and investigation functions.

This role focuses heavily on operational audit, fraud investigation, system evaluation, and operational risk control within the healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational and investigative audits across departments
• Investigate fraud, misuse, operational leakages, and compliance issues
• Review logistics and stock opname processes together with pharmacy and finance teams
• Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions and preventive measures
• Prepare investigation findings and management reports
• Support the development of stronger internal operational controls and governance

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational audit, fraud investigation, or compliance functions
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Firm character with strong integrity and attention to detail
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, retail, FMCG, or other operationally intensive industries is preferred
• Able to work independently and manage sensitive investigations professionally

• Based in North Jakarta
• Salary guide: IDR 20 – 25 million gross/month
