You'll sort, quality-check, and package thousands of e-commerce micro orders daily for one of our most demanding clients. This is high-volume, high-stakes work: orders ship same-day, quality tolerances are razor-thin, and the team stays until the day's work is done. You're the last quality gate before these packages reach customers worldwide.
R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
Sort printed materials coming off bindery lines into individual e-commerce orders handling thousands of units per day with zero-defect expectations
Inspect each piece for quality issues (color shifts, alignment, damage) and flag defects immediately to production
Use paper banders, tape machines, and scales to prepare orders for shipment according to exact client specifications
Restock shipping consumables (boxes, tape, labels) proactively so the line never stops
Track order completion in real-time via computer systems to maintain visibility on daily targets
Stay until all e-commerce orders ship end time varies based on volume, not the clock
Adapt quickly when client specs change mid-shift or rush orders come in hot
W H AT W E ' R E L O O K I N G F O R
1 years in a high-volume, automated production environment (fulfillment, manufacturing, food production, etc.) where accuracy and speed both mattered
Proven track record of maintaining quality standards under pressure not just meeting them when it's convenient
Physical ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for 8 hours daily
Comfort with computer systems for order tracking and basic data entry
Willingness to stay late when the work demands it this isn't a punch-out-at-4:30 role if orders are still running

Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, print finishing, or packaging environments
Artistic hobbies or creative background (helps with visual QC and attention to aesthetic detail)
Familiarity with shipping consumables inventory management
S C H E D U L E & C O N D I T I O N S
Monday–Friday, 8:00am start, typically ending around 4:30pm but you stay until the day's orders ship, no exceptions. Louisville facility. You'll be on your feet the entire shift in a fast-paced production environment.
