Job Title: Accounting Consultant

Required Skills:

  • Extensive audit experience with a strong background in addressing complex accounting needs
  • Proven track record in ERP remediation and process optimization
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior team members for increased efficiency
  • Deadline-driven, client-focused, and highly organized
  • Availability to work 40 hours/week, with participation in early morning meetings (as early as 7:00 AM PST)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Active CPA license
  • Hands-on experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce)
  • Prior experience within the educational software and services industry

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Several years of professional experience with a focus on audit and consulting for organizations undergoing transformation projects

  • This role is fully onsite; candidates must be able to attend meetings early in the morning or as scheduled
  • Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs during a fast-paced, project-driven environment
