What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Missions)

• Provide personal care, including assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, and other daily living activities.
• Support participants to maintain their independence and achieve their individual goals.
• Assist with community participation, appointments, shopping, and recreational activities.
• Follow individual support plans while promoting choice, dignity, and person-centered care.
• Observe and report changes in participants' wellbeing and communicate effectively with the wider support team.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with participants, their families, and colleagues.
  
  What You’ll Be Bring
  

• Minimum 3 months’ experience in disability, or mental health support
• Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Mental Health (or currently working towards)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle with CTP insurance
• A good sense of humor (non-negotiable — trust us)
