What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Missions)

  • Assisting with personal care such as showers, dressing, and grooming — the real-life essentials
  • Supporting participants to remain comfortable, confident, and independent in their own homes
  • Helping with everyday routines and activities
  • Following individual support plans with care and professionalism
  • Observing changes, noticing the little things, and communicating effectively with the wider team

What You’ll Need in Your Utility Belt

  • Minimum 3 months’ experience in disability, or mental health support
  • Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Mental Health (or currently working towards)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Driver’s license and reliable vehicle with CTP insurance
  • A good sense of humor (non-negotiable — trust us)
