My T2 client is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team on an education project based in Parramatta, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to work on an exciting newbuild with a highly regarded contractor, contributing to the successful delivery of a landmark project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes including scope preparation, tendering, bid assessments, subcontractor interviews, and subcontract preparation
  • Administer head contract and subcontract variations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, progress claims, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are met
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Contract Administrators and cadets
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors on projects of similar scale ($50m+)
  • Strong end-to-end procurement capability
  • Demonstrated experience managing head contract and subcontract variations efficiently
  • Proficiency in Jobpac, Payapps, and Procure Pro
  • Ability to mentor or manage junior team members
