Design & Build are recruiting for multiple HVAC Service Technicians for a growing HVAC Contractor who have recently secured multiple commercial contracts across Sydney Metro Area. There are opportunities for fully qualified technicians with minimum 2+ years experience on commercial sites. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems on commercial sites.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure project success.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
  • Refrigerant Handling License.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a fully qualified HVAC technician.
  • Experience on commercial or industrial sites.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, with an enthusiasm to continue to learn and develop.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license.
