Project Manager

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience within the commercial construction industry.
• 5+ years' experience as a Senior Contract Administrator looking to transition into Project Management, or existing Project Management experience.
• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects valued from $10M+.
• Exposure to new build, refurbishment, and complex commercial construction projects.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage project budgets and financial outcomes.
• A proactive approach to stakeholder management and relationship building with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• A driven and solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through to completion and handover.
• Taking ownership of project budgets, programmes, and overall project performance.
• Managing client relationships and coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with all Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
• Identifying and resolving project challenges while maintaining programme and budget objectives.
• Leading project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Driving project delivery through effective planning, organisation, and communication.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
