• Manages ticketing system financial processes.
• Develops, documents and implements ticketing system financial procedures.
• Prepares, maintains and reconciles month end accounts and accruals.
• Investigates, analyses and responds directly to customer queries.
• Investigates and analyses variances within the ticketing and banking systems.
• Investigates issues within the ticketing system financial databases and liaises with ticketing technical officers to resolve anomalies.
• Assists with the automation of the ticketing systems.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of management reports generated by the ticketing systems.
• Reviews, develops and implements appropriate system procedures applicable to key responsibilities.
Other
• Contributes to the establishment of the Division’s goals, objectives and targets.
• Liaises with external and internal stakeholders.
• Carries out ad hoc analysis and investigations as required.
• Undertakes other duties as required.
Core Competencies
• Demonstrated understanding of financial databases and the ability to interpret financial data relating to a ticketing system.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of and the ability to interpret financial accounting legislation, policies and procedures, and prepare month end accruals.
• Demonstrated ability to research, interpret and analyse a ticketing database and reconcile customer accounts.
• Tertiary qualification (or equivalent on job experience) in a relevant discipline, e.g. business or accounting.
• Prepares, maintains and reconciles month end accounts and accruals.
