Equity Options Trader

A leading proprietary trading firm is seeking an experienced Equity Options Trader to join its Amsterdam office. The role involves market-making and risk-taking across European equity options markets, leveraging the firm’s advanced technology and deep liquidity access.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Trade and manage risk in equity options across European markets.

• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities using quantitative and discretionary strategies.

• Collaborate with quant researchers and developers to enhance trading models and execution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and exchanges to optimize market access.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 3+ years of experience trading equity options at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or bank.

• Proven track record of profitable trading with strong risk management skills.

• Deep understanding of market structure, volatility, and options pricing.

• Strong programming skills (Python, C++, or Java) are advantageous.
