Role Outline

An industry-leading Australian retailer is looking for two Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialists (Email Developers) to join a high-performing digital marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale customer communications, building and delivering personalised email campaigns and automated customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AMPscript. Working alongside campaign managers, marketers, analysts and creative teams, you'll help deliver engaging customer experiences at scale.

You'll join a supportive team of approximately 16 specialists with structured onboarding, dedicated buddy support and experienced leaders who will help you grow your skills while working on increasingly complex campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and code email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and customise responsive email templates using AMPscript.
• Build, maintain and optimise automated customer journeys.
• Execute campaign builds, testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate delivery.
• Work closely with campaign managers, marketers, analysts and creative teams.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all customer communications meet quality, privacy and compliance standards.

To be successful in this role your CV will demonstrate:

• Minimum 12 months' hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Commercial experience developing emails using AMPscript.
• Experience building, testing and deploying email marketing campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent quality assurance skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Highly Regarded

• Experience building automated customer journeys.
• Exposure to Marketing Resource Management (MRM) or similar workflow tools.
• Experience working within a retail, enterprise or high-volume customer marketing environment.
