Position: Couplers Assembly
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Description

We are currently seeking reliable individuals for a Couplers Assembly position in Elyria. This position involves assembling couplers and related components in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble couplers and components according to work instructions.
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift and handle materials as required.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
