A well-established boutique accounting firm is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its growing Business Services & Tax team. The firm provides tailored advisory and compliance solutions to SMEs, family groups, and high-net-worth clients across a range of industries. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business clients across various industries

• Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, BAS, and IAS

• Provide tax planning and business advisory support to clients

• Liaise directly with clients regarding compliance and commercial matters

• Mentor and support junior accountants within the team

• Assist with workflow management and meeting lodgement deadlines

• Identify opportunities to improve client structures and business performance

Skills & Experience

• CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)

• 5+ years’ experience within Australian public practice accounting

• Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation legislation

• Experience using Xero, MYOB, and APS software

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines
