Business Analyst:

  • Initial 6 months contract with chances of extension
  • Work with a global client
  • Experience with HSE Toolset Replacement Project OR Global Payroll System Project

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a portfolio of strategic technology and business transformation initiative.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Analyse existing payroll processes and identify opportunities for standardisation and improvement.
  • Elicit, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
  • Partner with HSE, Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify future-state requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to capture business needs and process improvements.
  • Analyse existing HSE systems and business processes, identifying opportunities for standardisation, efficiency, and improved user experience.

About you:

  • Previous experience delivering HSE, EHS, Safety, Risk, Compliance, or Operational Systems projects.
  • Experience implementing or upgrading enterprise payroll platforms such as Workday Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, or similar.
