We are partnering exclusively with a well-established retail organization with a strong regional presence to appoint a Head of Finance. This is a strategic leadership role, working closely with the CEO and Board to drive financial performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group financial reporting, consolidation, and performance analysis across business units
- Partner the CEO and Board on financial strategy, insights, and decision-making
- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Establish a strong Finance Business Partnering model to support operations
- Oversee financial controls, cashflow, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (IFRS/SFRS)
- Lead ERP/system improvements to enhance finance operations
- Manage external stakeholders (auditors, bankers, regulators)
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Requirements
- CPA/ACCA (or equivalent) with a degree in Finance/Accountancy
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in a complex/multi-entity environment
- Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation, and P&L management
- Well-versed in Singapore financial regulations and compliance
- Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives
- Retail/F&B exposure is a plus
- Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
