Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for Salesforce-based and customer-facing insurance applications.
  • Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into user stories and technical requirements.
  • Own product backlog, release planning, and sprint prioritization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.

Salesforce Platform Management

  • Drive solution design and delivery across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or equivalent).
  • Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, and integration teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Support platform enhancements, integrations, workflows, automation, and customer engagement initiatives.

Customer Experience & Digital Channels

  • Lead the development and optimization of customer-facing applications, portals, and digital self-service journeys.
  • Ensure seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, and Salesforce channels.
  • Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and business metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Agile Delivery

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and acceptance testing.
  • Define acceptance criteria and approve completed deliverables.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications throughout product delivery.

Insurance Domain Alignment

  • Ensure solutions support insurance business processes including policy administration, claims, customer servicing, underwriting, and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with compliance and governance teams to meet regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in a technology environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing applications and digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
