Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join a high-performing, collaborative neonatal team serving one of California’s busiest delivery regions.
This role offers the ideal blend of community-based practice with the full clinical and subspecialty support of a nationally recognized pediatric health system. Our off-site NICUs allow physicians to build meaningful relationships with their care teams and families while practicing high-acuity neonatal medicine in a more personalized setting.

- Strong, experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner support
- Extensive pediatric subspecialty coverage available
- Call from home
- 186 shifts annually
- Balanced mix of tertiary acuity and community newborn care
- 12 hour shifts
- Level IV, 84 beds
- 55 daily census.
- Cooling cases of 40 per year, 140 very low baby weight cases.
- Take all ages.
Highly competitive salary and generous employer retirement contribution. Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, CME allowance). Relocation assistance & sign-on bonus available. Paid malpractice and tail coverage. J-1 and H1B visa sponsorship.
Salary Range: $325,717 - $414,042
