CG Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Administrator Lead to join an Operations Team based in Liverpool.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring clear communication and a high standard of service. You will support day-to-day operations by managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records, contributing to both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Permanent position - Monday to Friday  (7:30am-3:30pm)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing orders and liaising with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and efficient delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
  • Working closely with internal departments to resolve order or delivery issues
  • Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Following up on outstanding payments and managing debtor accounts

About you:

  • Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to ensuring a smooth and positive experience from order through to delivery
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond quickly to requests
  • A clear and confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with drivers and internal stakeholders
  • Able to support the sales team with customer requests and take a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Experience or confidence in chasing debtors

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in customer service or administration within a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous but not essential.
