Clarity Partners is looking for a Client Executive to join one of our clients' Commercial Insurance teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional with around 2+ years' commercial broking or support broking experience who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Joining a collaborative team of five to six professionals, you'll manage diverse and varied renewals each month to support the commercial clients while working alongside experienced industry leaders committed to your ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service an allocated portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Prepare renewals and coordinate policy documentation.
- Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive outcomes for clients.
- Respond to client enquiries and provide timely insurance advice and support.
- Assist with new business opportunities and portfolio growth where required.
- Ensure accurate administration and compliance with internal processes.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Commercial team to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
About You
Ideally, you'll have:
- At least 2 years' experience in commercial insurance broking support.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification highly desired.
- Experience managing renewals and maintaining client portfolios.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A positive, team-oriented approach and genuine passion for client service.
