Machinist

Required Skills include:

• Minimum of 5 years of machining experience, with proficiency in CNC machinery.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and tolerances.
• Ability to independently set up and operate CNC and manual machines, including lathes, mills, saws, and grinders.
• Skilled in precise measurement with instruments like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Knowledge of machine programming and troubleshooting.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Mastercam or AutoCAD.
• Background in welding, electrical, and mechanical assemblies.
• Forklift or overhead crane operation.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Technical or vocational degree in machining or manufacturing.
• CNC, manual, or precision machining certification.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role with advanced setup and programming skills.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work environment involves exposure to noise, machinery, and cutting tools, with mandatory use of PPE.

Salary Range: $28-$37 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
