The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for the Partner Technical Enablement in Japan -Tokyo. This role is responsible for helping partners to onboard new development teams, follow their first project and ensure the success of the customer measuring CSAT and Case Studies published on the OutSystems website. Partner Success Manager will promote strategic partners expertise growth by increasing the number of Certified Professionals with technical skills to set up Center(s) of Excellence.

 

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and enable new Partners development teams
  • Engage with Partners to drive their proficiency growth and training completion of learning path(s) and certification programs
  • Accountable for the success and reference ability of partner projects
  • Measure the effectiveness of the Partner Technical Enablement Program
  • Meet with geo representatives to analyze and develop regional specific components
  • Deliver and promote “Technical Evangelization” sessions to leverage Partners technical expertise

Requirements

Requirements

  • Min 5+ years experience as a Technical Lead, developing Web or Mobile Applications
  • Min 2+ years experience as a Solution Architect
  • Knowledge in Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience working Solution Providers
  • Demonstration of past success in a business consultative style role is highly valued
  • A strong ability to drive, collaborate, problem solve and manage a wide range of projects initiatives.
  • BA/BS degree required, technical degree preferred
  • To be able to speak fluent/ business acumen Japanese
