The opportunity
Kennedy Reid is partnering with a leading organisation in shareholder and investor engagement.
Successful applicants will complete the required background screening in advance and be considered for temporary outbound calling campaigns taking place between September and November 2026.
Assignments may be offered at short notice and will vary in duration. You must therefore have reliable weekday availability throughout this period and be able to work onsite in Abbotsford.

Campaign rosters are expected to operate Monday to Friday, generally between 10:00am and 6:00pm, with no weekend work currently anticipated. Campaign training may be scheduled between 10:00am and 2:00pm, depending on operational requirements.

Your responsibilities
Depending on the campaign, your responsibilities may include:
- Making outbound calls to shareholders and providing clear, accurate information
- Collecting and recording relevant information and shareholder feedback
- Responding professionally to questions and escalating enquiries when required
- Coordinating the re-mailing of documents
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions
- Following scripts, company procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
- Delivering consistently high-quality customer service
- Meeting roster, attendance and punctuality expectations
To be considered, you will need:
- Previous contact centre experience
- Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional, patient and customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately record information
- General computer literacy and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams and Outlook
- The ability to receive coaching and quickly learn campaign-specific information
- Excellent reliability, punctuality and commitment to agreed rosters
- Availability for temporary assignments between September and November 2026
- Willingness to promptly complete all required pre-employment background screening
