Senior Change Management Resource - Remote - Financial Services

Job Summary:
The Change resource is responsible for working as part of the Change Team to implement and manage change activities (including Training) within the project to ensure successful business adoption of new technologies and operating model.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders and Change team members to assess change impacts, execute change management interventions, and support employees through communication, training, and engagement activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the assessment of change impact on business processes, systems, and employees.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are effectively integrated.
• Work with communications team in designing and delivering communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
• Develop training programs and materials to support adoption of new processes, tools, or systems.
• Identify and manage resistance to change, providing coaching and support to affected individuals and teams.
• Monitor and report on change progress, adoption rates, and effectiveness of change management activities.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather input and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards related to change management.
• Continuously help to improve change management methodologies and tools based on lessons learned and best practices.

  Experience:

• Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in change management or organizational development roles.
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial services desirable
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Excellent Microsoft office suite expertise – Powerpoint and excel

 

Estimated Min Rate: $52.50
Estimated Max Rate: $75.00
