System Administration:
  • Administer Council's HRIS and Talent Management platform, maintaining data integrity across position establishment, employee data and payroll records
  • Process position/employee movements, LSL certificate of service transfers, and leave audits
Continuous Improvement: 
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain optimal platform performance through regular maintenance
  • Provide management reports on system performance as requested
Learn Local Government Corporate Governance: 
  • Work in line with legislative requirements, Council's Code of Conduct, EEO and records management policies
Qualifications, Experience and Specialist Skills & Knowledge:

Essential - 
  • Demonstrated experience in application/systems administration support
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills across all organisational levels and with external vendors
Desirable - 
  • Understanding of HRIS use in Local Government and related technology trends
  • Ability to design, implement and operate HR systems
