Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a busy restaurant in Bagdad, AZ. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for staff leadership, scheduling, financial oversight, food quality, and maintaining a safe, welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff.
• Create employee schedules and monitor attendance.
• Lead by example while promoting a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Ensure high standards for food quality, cleanliness, health, and safety.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor labor costs and assist with budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and reconcile daily financial activity.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of restaurant, hospitality, or retail management experience, or
• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Previous experience supervising restaurant or food service staff preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with scheduling, coaching, employee development, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are preferred.
