Position Overview
The Creative Lead will own and elevate the organisation's brand creative direction, sitting at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. This role plays a pivotal part in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth by translating business objectives into compelling creative work across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Direction
- Define and own the creative vision across brand, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear creative concepts and narratives.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints (online and offline).
Content & Campaign Execution
- Lead the development of creative assets across digital, social, video, events, and performance campaigns.
- Executing creative execution for integrated campaigns, product launches, and GTM initiatives.
- Balance high-level ideation with hands-on contribution when required.
Brand, Performance & Optimisation
- Support performance marketing with strong creatives that improve engagement and conversion.
- Use insights and feedback to continuously refine creative outputs.
- Maintain creative quality while working within timelines and budgets.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative, design, or content roles, with leadership exposure.
- Background in tech, fintech, startups, or creative/marketing agencies is preferred.
- Proven experience leading creative direction for campaigns, brands, or products.
- Experience with both brand-led and performance-driven creative work.
Technical / Functional Expertise
- Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, social media, and content formats.
- Ability to balance creativity with business and commercial considerations.
Soft Skills & Leadership Competencies
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
