Machine Oiler And Coolant Tech

We are seeking a Machine Oiler and Coolant Tech

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Check, maintain, and replenish coolant levels in CNC machines.
• Monitor coolant concentration using testing equipment and adjust as needed.
• Fill and maintain machine lubrication systems with the appropriate oils and lubricants.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on CNC machines.
• Clean coolant tanks, filters, and machine reservoirs.
• Remove chips and debris from machines as needed.
• Safely dispose of used coolant, oils, and waste materials according to company and environmental guidelines.
• Inspect machines for fluid leaks, unusual noises, or maintenance concerns and report findings to Maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and fluid level records.
• Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S principles.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Assist maintenance personnel with basic machine upkeep and other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Education and Experience:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
• Familiarity with CNC equipment, machine lubrication, or coolant systems.
• Basic mechanical or maintenance experience.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
