Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the revenue forecasting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, with robust financial modeling to support revenue strategies and market initiatives.
• Analyze and interpret financial results, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize revenue performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand pipeline trends, bookings, renewals, and revenue drivers.
• Support long-term strategic planning and annual revenue growth initiatives.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools for real-time revenue visibility.
• Monitor SaaS key performance indicators to gauge business health and operational efficiency.
• Prepare executive summaries and presentation materials for leadership and board meetings.
• Partner with accounting to ensure forecast accuracy, revenue recognition compliance, and financial reporting alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–12+ years of experience in revenue forecasting, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven success supporting SaaS or B2B revenue organizations.
• Expertise in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and familiarity with SQL and large data set handling.
• Experience using financial planning tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or Workday.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven analysis is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with SaaS revenue recognition, pipeline management, and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with BI tools and dashboards.
• Prior experience working closely with CFOs and executive teams.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• Significant experience supporting finance in SaaS companies, ideally with exposure to growth-stage or scale-up environments.
