Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Pay Rate: £13.87 per hour (PAYE)
Barker Ross Recruitment is currently recruiting for a School Administrator to join a school in Swanscombe. This is a temporary opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to provide support with contract expiry survey works, asset verification, and general project administration.
An Enhanced DBS is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for contract expiry survey works and asset verification.
- Maintain and update survey schedules and records.
- Track action logs and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Complete documentation and upload information to SharePoint.
- Collect information and supporting evidence from relevant parties.
- Support the Project Manager with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records.
- Carry out site visits to confirm completion of works when required.
- Travel between local school sites in Swanscombe when required.
- Complete additional administrative tasks as requested.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS certificate mandatory.
- Previous administration experience or strong administrative skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Flexibility to travel between local school sites when required.
