We are working with a specialist provider of solar, battery storage, microgrid, and hybrid power generation systems operating across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. They are seeking an Electrical Services Manager to assist operations in Broome.
The business delivers engineering, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services across off-grid and remote power systems, supporting clients in mining, agriculture, utilities, tourism, and remote community infrastructure.
With a strong focus on reliable energy in challenging environments, the company works across solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), diesel generation, and integrated microgrid solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The business delivers engineering, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services across off-grid and remote power systems, supporting clients in mining, agriculture, utilities, tourism, and remote community infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and fault-finding across solar, battery, inverter, and generator systems.
- Support commissioning of off-grid and hybrid energy systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across remote and regional sites.
- Assist with quoting and job scoping for service and maintenance works.
- Support preparation of service agreements, variations, and job documentation.
- Liaise with clients regarding site requirements and job scheduling.
- Assist with ordering materials and coordinating subcontractors when required.
- Maintain accurate job records and service reports.
- Qualified Electrician (A-Grade or equivalent).
- Strong experience in solar, battery storage, diesel generation, or off-grid systems.
- Proven field service, maintenance, or installation experience.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability across electrical systems.
- Comfortable working in remote and regional locations across WA and the NT.
- Solar accreditation (SAA) highly regarded.
- Stable, long-term role within a growing renewable and off-grid energy business.
- Exposure to exciting solar, battery, and hybrid power systems.
- Work across WA and the Northern Territory on remote and regional projects.
