Production Operator – Oberlin, Ohio
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday (Potential overtime available)
Location: Oberlin, OH

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Oberlin. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who are looking for a stable, long-term position.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely
• Assemble, inspect, and package products
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with material handling and general production duties

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a team environment

Requirements:

• Steel toe boots required
• Must pass pre-employment screening
• Reliable transportation
