The Opportunity You'll be working alongside a highly skilled team on architecturally designed, high-end residential homes where craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail are everything. What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering high-quality carpentry across luxury residential builds
  • Reading and interpreting plans with confidence
  • Working closely with Site Managers and experienced trades
  • Maintaining exceptional workmanship and site presentation
  • Assisting in coordinating subcontractors and site activities as you progress towards a Leading Hand position
  • Contributing to projects that set the benchmark for premium residential construction
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Carpenter with residential construction experience
  • Experience in custom or high-end residential projects is highly regarded
  • Strong eye for detail and pride in producing quality work
  • Reliable, motivated, and professional attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Driver's licence and own tools
  • Someone looking for long-term career growth into site leadership
