We’re seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support the business across Australia, with the role based in Adelaide. This is a broad, hands‑on HR leadership role, balancing day‑to‑day HR delivery with genuine strategic partnering. You’ll act as the key partner to senior leaders, supporting growth, leadership change and complex people decisions. The role offers significant autonomy and variety and will suit someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities in a dynamic technology environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- End‑to‑end HR support across the business
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people and culture matters
- Employee relations, compliance and HR case management
- Employment contracts, offers, policies and HR documentation
- Driving consistency in HR practices while allowing for flexibility where required
- Supporting leaders through growth, change and decision making
- Talent management, succession planning and capability development
- Running employee engagement surveys and supporting action planning
- Supporting broader business initiatives as required
- Collaborating with HR colleagues locally and globally
You’re a confident, commercially minded HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and making things happen. You’re comfortable working autonomously, partnering at a senior level and balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner
- Strong generalist HR capability across operations and employee relations
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or multiple business areas
- An outcomes‑focused mindset with sound judgement
- The ability to prioritise, move quickly and adapt as required
- Experience within technology or other fast‑paced, evolving environments (highly regarded)
- High‑impact role with genuine ownership and autonomy
- Close partnership with senior leaders
- Variety, complexity and meaningful influence
- Flexible, trusting working environment
