Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring an Order Selector for a leading distributor in Fairfield, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where precision, quality, and reliability are highly valued. As an Order Selector, you will play a key role in ensuring distribution processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Must be certified in Stock Picker and Forklift for consideration. 
 

As a Order Selector you will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately and efficiently selecting products. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the company and develop valuable skills in logistics and distribution.

About the position:

• Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
• Ensure all picked items are in good condition and match the order requirements (quantity, quality, etc.).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and customer demands.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements for Success:

• Certified in Stock Picker and Forklift.
• Prior experience in warehouse operation.
• Previous experience in order selecting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
