Inbound Customer Service - Temp to Perm

A number of outstanding opportunities are available for experienced Customer Service professionals to join a high performing team in an inbound call centre environment. These are initially ongoing contracts with future potential opportunities for permanent positions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays 
• Responding to customer queries and demonstrating a genuine willingness to provide solutions 
• Using excellent questioning and listening skills to seamlessly engage with customers to identify how to best assist them
• Demonstrating a high attention to detail  

What you will bring to this role:

• Extensive customer service experience (call centre, retail or hospitality)
• Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated experience in identifying customers' needs, clarifying information and providing solutions while complying with company policies and procedures
• Demonstrated experience in resolving complex customer enquiries
• A team player who establishes strong working relationships and collaborates well with others
• Empathy and respect
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
