Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and forecast budgets, track expenditure, and prepare financial reports
  • Reconcile financial transactions, petty cash, and participant accounts
  • Process and approve invoices using ShiftCare and Xero
  • Monitor participant shifts to ensure compliance with required ratios
  • Provide insights to management and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
About You
  • Experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or NDIS finance
  • Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A desire to grow and potentially step into a leadership role
