Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Design and execute creative sales promotion campaigns, contests, and incentive programs to drive agency production any other Company's KPIs
- Monitor campaign performance, track budget utilization, and evaluate ROI to measure the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Prepare clear rules and regulations, operational guidelines, and administrative workflows for sales contests.
- Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for major agency events, including Annual Awards Presentation, Overseas Conventions, Sales Meetings, and industrial awards.
- Coordinate with external vendors, travel agencies, design houses, and venue operators to ensure seamless logistical execution.
- Develop engaging internal promotional materials, e-newsletters, social media content, and presentation decks to effectively communicate campaign details to agency force.
- Analyze sales data and agent participation trends to gather insights for future promotion designs.
- Serve as a key contact point for agency leaders regarding promotion inquiries, rules clarification, and incentive tracking.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic projects assigned by senior management, supporting corporate priorities, business transformation, and distribution growth initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in Sales Promotion, Agency Marketing, Projects Management, or Event Marketing.
- Direct working experience within the Life Insurance or Financial Services industry (specifically supporting Agency Distribution) is highly preferred.
- Strong project management, event organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with diverse agency stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, handle multi-tasking under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with graphic design tools or CRM tools is an advantage
