We are seeking a highly professional, reliable, and hands-on Senior Logistic Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day logistics activities with company's Global Integrated Management System.

- Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities, including shipment scheduling, transportation planning, order fulfillment support, and delivery coordination.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time in accordance with customer requirements, transportation schedules, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, warehouses, customers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely and efficient movement of materials and products.
- Monitor shipment status, transit exceptions, delays, and documentation discrepancies; proactively communicate issues and escalate concerns to the Logistics Manager as needed.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment documentation, inventory transactions, and transportation data within company systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain functions; semiconductor/electronics industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes, freight management, customs documentation, and trade compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, inventory management, and transportation management systems.
- May be required to work overtime and/or weekends based on business needs.
