Senior IR Consultant
Support a major enterprise bargaining process covering a large workforce while partnering with senior leaders on complex IR and change initiatives.
You'll bring:

• Strong enterprise bargaining experience in a large, complex organisation
• Experience managing union relationships and senior stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of enterprise agreements and workplace relations

  
  
IR Consultant
Perfect for an IR professional looking to build their experience across enterprise bargaining and organisational change.
You'll bring:

• Experience in Industrial Relations and exposure to enterprise agreements and employment legislation
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach
