Vice President, Corporate Finance (Singapore)

• Leading corporate finance advisory firm
• Permanent position based in Singapore; relocation may be required for candidates currently based outside Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Corporate Finance transaction advisory experience, including demonstrated experience in at least 3 IPO transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of various corporate finance transactions such as issue manager (IM) for initial public offerings (IPOs) and rights issues, financial adviser (FA) and independent financial adviser (IFA) for privatisations, general offers (GOs) and reverse take-overs (RTOs), and mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Conduct industry / market research, financial analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, valuation and supporting the overall execution of transactions
• Possess strong knowledge of the equity issuance process (IPOs, Follow-on Offerings and Private Fund Raising); the role will be directly involved in supporting the team on all aspects of deal execution
• Lead in the execution of fund raising workstreams by working closely with issuers, the professional teams and internal stakeholders to manage, plan and formulate all related workstream in meeting project deliverables and timelines
• Prepare client presentation materials, marketing related materials including teaser/ term sheets and reports

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Corporate Finance transaction advisory, investment banking, IPOs
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools
• Excellent research and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external stakeholders
• Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ethical and professional conduct with a high level of integrity
