Operations Manager

The Opportunity
We are partnering with a fast-growing Food & Beverage organisation to appoint an Operations Manager to lead and drive operational excellence across its Singapore business.

Reporting to the Country VP, this is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing multi-site operations, driving commercial performance, and building a high-performing team culture. You will play a key role in supporting business growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational consistency across the network.

Key Responsibilities
Operational & Commercial Leadership

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, service consistency, and brand standards.
• Drive business performance through effective P&L management, sales growth, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor business performance, analyse key operational metrics, and implement initiatives to improve profitability and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, food safety standards, and company policies.

Business Performance & Customer Experience

• Establish and maintain operational best practices to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and site visits to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

People Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Store Managers and frontline leaders to build a high-performance culture.
• Oversee recruitment, capability development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, people-first environment that encourages accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Growth & Strategic Initiatives

• Support new business initiatives, including new site openings and operational readiness.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new products, campaigns, and business improvement projects.
• Identify innovative solutions that strengthen operational capabilities and support long-term business growth.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of operations management experience within the retail F&B industry.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, driving operational excellence, and improving business performance.
• Strong leadership experience managing multi-site operations and developing high-performing teams.
• Sound commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
