Nesco Resource is hiring Electronic Assembly Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Painesville! What You'll Do

  • Assemble electronic connectors and cable assemblies
  • Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
  • Use hand tools such as wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers
  • Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Record production information and maintain accurate documentation
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
  • Ability to read assembly instructions and blueprints
  • Comfortable using small hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
