As a trusted People & Culture Advisor, you will partner with leaders across a fast-paced, multi-site retail workforce, providing expert advice across the employee lifecycle. This is a broad generalist position where you will balance employee relations, recruitment, leadership coaching, and people projects.

The Role:

• Partner with leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide advice and coaching on employee relations matters, including performance management, workplace investigations, misconduct and grievances.
• Build leadership capability through proactive coaching and practical HR guidance.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and partner with hiring managers to attract and retain high-quality talent.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Contribute to People & Culture projects, including employer branding, employee engagement, culture surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular site visits and operational support.
• Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team across recruitment, learning and development, payroll, and HR operations.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture Advisor role.
• Strong employee relations experience with confidence managing complex workplace matters.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing leaders to achieve positive people outcomes.
• The ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experience using HRIS systems, with SuccessFactors exposure considered advantageous but not essential.
